This little lake, tucking into a box canyon on the west side of Kindsbach, offers a great place to stop for a few minutes and forget your troubles. There is a restaurant, paddle boats and a great playground for the kiddos.
There’s plenty of parking and you can use this as a trailhead for the many forest paths that fan out in all directions.
To get there, just drive on Kaiserstrasse and follow the signs on the south side of the road. After some narrow twists and turns, you will find the parking area.
