Although this event is billed as a “Jousting Tournament”, it is basically a huge medieval festival boasting 1,000 performers, 150 stalls selling everything from hand-crafted jewelry and armor, and it attracts 100,000 visitors over the two weeks the event is held every year.

Due to the distance away from K-Town, you may want to find a hotel so you can indulge in some mead. There is plenty of parking in the fields surrounding the festival area and it is well-organized.
